Artist's Statement

Hello and welcome to my website.

I take photographs for the experience it provides me. I love the zen-like moments when the light, the place and the subject all come together to create magic. Capturing these moments is something that I do for myself. But, it turns out that the images of these moments are something that others seem to enjoy as well. So, we have an opportunity for sharing. I write a regular article for Nature Alberta Magazine – Close to Home: Nature Photography in Alberta, and my images have appeared in publication with the Alberta Heritage Tree Project, and the Big Lake Environmental Support Society.
